Shipping Policy

At KICKS CARGO, we aim to provide clear and reliable shipping for every order. Please review the dispatch and delivery information below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Origin

In-stock orders ship from Chino, California, United States.

2. Same-Business-Day Dispatch

In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are expected to arrive within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

4. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products do not qualify for the in-stock same-business-day dispatch commitment. The estimated dispatch timeframe for a pre-order item will be displayed separately on the relevant product page.

5. Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, dispatch timing may depend on the pre-order item. Any applicable estimated dispatch information will be shown with the pre-order product.

6. Returns

Our shipping location is not automatically an approved return address. Please follow our return instructions and obtain approval before sending any item back.
